At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in Ethiopia, a final-year college student, Wudase Girma, had an innovative idea. He assembled a team and created the magazine, Loline, to address the rising cases of depression due to the stay-at-home orders. The magazine is dedicated to the youth, entrepreneurship, and technology, and has featured prominent and successful people in Ethiopia, such as Solomon Kassa, Addis Alemayehou, and Haile Gebreselassie. Loline has also founded the first blogging platform in Ethiopia, where writers can blog about various topics and enter writing competitions.
