Nafrobi strategy and project management consult was established by a group of professionals having attained MA and PhD in different fields, who have wealth of experiences with international NGOs, Universities and Research institutions in social development, rural development, management, economics and Business Administration. The firm was established under the leadership of Mr. Yadessa Gari who has MA in rural development from Indra Gandi National Open University- IGNOU and BA in Sociology and Social Administration from Addis Ababa University. Mr. Yadessa has over 15 years of work experiences with international Organizations( World Vision Ethiopia and Child Fund) as sociologists, program manager and director of integrated rural development programs. The founders and members of the firm have done many consultancy works and research projects related to community development, baseline survey, evaluation, impact assessment and capacity assessment. The founders had taken several different special courses/trainings in country and overseas in project management, quantitative & qualitative research, food security, nutrition and poverty analysis, Monitoring & Evaluation, leadership and program development.


Nafrobi strategy and project management consult is registered with Ethiopian Management institute and received license from Oromia Bureau sub city market and trade office. The company is established with overall objective to be a center of excellence in providing high quality professional and technical services in in , program development, project management , leadership and strategy for public sectors, private sectors and NGOs sectors.
