Gender inequality in Africa is a major concern for governments, citizens and various international organizations and majority of African women have no access to any real support for tangible empowerment.
You don’t have to be part of Africa’s over 90% female population that are almost totally marginalized, disenfranchised, have little or no access to business loans, income or able to make inroads into many lucrative economic opportunities.
The Women in Oil initiative is designed to leverage on the powerful economic benefits of the oil and gas industry for the empowerment of women in Africa.
By joining the Women in Oil( WIO) platform, you will receive training in oil and gas from basics such as introduction to oil and gas to more advanced courses and trainings to aid you in being a part of the world’s most lucrative industry.
Upon completion of any stage of the WIO training, we will aid you with submission of your candidacy to various oil producing companies who are eager to have increased women participation in their firms securing you job placements.
Upon completion of some of the trainings, we would also allocate contracts that we secure to you along with others with same area of interest.
Admission into the WIO training means upon 36months of being in our training, you receive updated admission without additional costs into our WIO cooperative society. This means that all profits emanating from our various oil and gas industry transactions in 10 major areas will be used to economically empower you in profit sharing. This is projected to give you up to $100 every quarter at the minimum.
Also being in the corporate society means you can request for business loans to fund a business idea, seek help in emergency, get our free food stamp distribution, and feel the true sense of support from an institution built just for you!
