FHI 360 will accept and review proposals from consultancy firms that meet the following criteria:

  •  Descriptions of prior work, especially related to health and nutrition indicators data based developed with DHIS 2 platforms.
  • Data base developed related to Community level interventions like eCHIS in Ethiopia.
  • Data base developed related to training, Joint supportive supervisions.
  • Bidders are required to submit their past exemplary reports, preferably related to Health and Nutrition data base developed as proof of experience demonstrated (please attach as an annex).
  • A minimum of two reference letters which demonstrate the firm’s past performance in delivery of the above activities.
  • Bidders should have a active registration, TIN number and tax clearance for the current fiscal year.
  • Applicants must provide active Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) or required to obtain an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration at the time of the RFP application. Applicants may refer the registration information available on:  https://sam.gov/content/entity_registration

    FHI-360 is leading a consortium of International and Private Partners in implementing USAID Feed the Future Ethiopia Community Nutrition Activity that aims to improve the nutritional status of women and children through increased and sustained improvements in eleven high-impact behaviors that have proven highly effective in reducing malnutrition. These objectives will be realized through enhanced individual and community agency and demand for services, improved access to quality nutrition services at the community level, and improved capacity and coordination among nutrition stakeholders across sectors,

    FHI 360 is pleased to announce the release of its Request for Proposal Community Nutrition RFP# 24-01. With this RFP, FHI 360 is soliciting applications from firms to develop the Community Nutrition Activity information system to implement an integrated and standardized information system that will strongly support the activity’s Learning, Monitoring and Evaluation (LME) efforts. The proposed information system is expected to facilitate data collection and processing on performance indicators and key activities used for routine monitoring, performance review, learning and evaluation, until end of the activity. Moreover, to ensure fitness of the data for the listed M&E purposes, the system should support collection of accurate, consistent, complete, timely, and precise data using standardized tools and procedures.
