Education: MA/BA in Marketing and sales management or in relevant disciplines.

Experience: 6 + years for MA Degree and 8+ Years for BA Degree in senior Marketing/sales management positions.

Skills and behaviors

      In depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team

      Hands on experience with MS excel, ppt, CRM & ERP software system

      Strong market analysis skill

      Applicable experience of sales performance metrics

      Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

      Respect organizational rules and good time management skills

      Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills

      Good Products knowledge 

      Develop and implement effective sales strategies

      Develop and implementing sales procedures and Policies

      Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets

      Establish productive and professional relationships with key customer and develop customer database

      Negotiate and close agreements with key customers

      Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department

      Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

      Prepare and communicate annual, monthly, quarterly and weekly sales target

      Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market segment and opportunities

      Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs and company integrity

      Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency

      Collaborate with other functional units to bring about efficiency and effectiveness to the sales activities.

      Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

      Use market data, statistics and trends to establish sales goals

      Create Networking and presentations for business partners, clients, corporate executives and shareholders

      Track and analyze sales data to find strengths and Weaknesses

      Stay up to date with new product launches /Market tender and ensure sales team members are on board

      Prepare annual, monthly, quarterly and weekly sales report

      Perform other related duties as required
