A marketing manager will drive the marketing, communication, partnership, brand positioning and product strategies of the company.

 Key duties and responsibilities

Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business

Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players

Coach & monitor the performances to ensure a satisfactory experience for clients

Work with Operations Team to ensure that Partner Operations and Sales balance optimally on the platform (Supply = Demand)

Responsible for conceiving an implementing successful marketing strategy

Directly responsible for product design

Bring Strong analytics, bigger picture thinking and leadership skills to develop marketing campaigns aimed at increasing loyalty, customer retention and customer’s lifetime value

Design and implement the company’s analytics and split testing capabilities

Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to identify strategic partnership opportunities

Support liquidity through good capital and debtor management

Drive the evolution of our brand positioning, bringing it to life in a clear and consistent way that resonates with and motivates our target audiences

Work closely with all units throughout the company to ensure full alignment to vision and mission of the company

Ensure revenue yield enhancement and market share growth through development

Initiate and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications

Design and implement the company’s communication strategy

Represent and manage the company relationship with both internal and external partners
