Ideally with a relevant degree/diploma/certificate in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience in related operations.
Good customer service,
Communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
COC Certification is mandatory.

To be familiar with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
To prepare and serve beverages according to the standard required.
To be flexible wherever possible in meeting special requests from guests for specific beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
In this role you will also be required to multi-task in various aspects of the operations as advised by your managers from time to time
