After buy a house there for 10 plus years there has been no growth at the compound Zemed Village (welete) but surrounding areas are booming with construction. People who live there are very angry and discouraged because of the many issues there.
There is no resolution to the water problem there for 10 years there has been no constant running water and I understand that is a government issue but you could at least try to provide a solution hotels are bringing in there own reservoirs and arter trucks to pump water. I am sure if you could devise a plan people would participate and pay a small matching fee provide water to the compound.
I am well aware that you have a stone and cement arm of your company and still the roads are not paved with asphalt or cobble stone so when it rains it terrible there.
Villas and G+1 units are known for the fresh air that surrounds them, spacious roads and above all their affordable prices. The gated village is fully equipped with a clinic, kindergarten, playgrounds and green areas. VERY MISLEADING!!
