but while keeping the owner informed.
3. Application and Leasing Agreement Processing
We will vet potential tenants and make recommendations to the owner. When an agreement is
reached on both the tenant and owner side, our expert lawyers will prepare a lease that covers all
eventualities. On the day the new tenants move-in, we conduct a walkthrough with the tenant,
give them the keys and answer any last minute questions.
