Axiom Pro LLC specializes in providing outstaffing and recruitment services for the IT, Back Office, Support, and Market Research industries. With a proven track record in establishing efficient remote communication channels and executing complex IT projects, we are seeking a talented Senior Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong proficiency in utilizing Figma, adept at prototyping, animation, with a deep understanding of UX/UI principles, and expertise in adaptive design. The role will involve working on various projects, requiring a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and user-friendly web designs for various projects (e-commerce, medical etc.)
• Utilize Figma to conceptualize, design, and prototype website layouts and interfaces
• Ensure designs are optimized for different devices and screen sizes through adaptive design techniques
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to iterate on designs and incorporate feedback
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design and UX/UI.

Salary

• Salary from $14 up to $17 USD per hour

Working Conditions

• Working schedule: Monday to Friday, EST business hours;
• Monthly payments on Payoneer/PayPal/crypto;
• The position is offered as a freelance contract.
• Days off and vacations are granted upon prior approval from the employer.

Please note that applicants for this position will be required to take an English test, as well as record a brief video presentation about their experience within our internal system.

Requirements

• 3+ years proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Ability to create prototypes and wireframes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Experience with animation and interactive design elements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Fluent in English, with a minimum proficiency level of C1.
