We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the medical products industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the medical sector, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, market dynamics, and technological advancements relevant to disposable medical products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the medical products industry.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
